Dude, you awake? Sorry it's so late but I literally cannot sleep. My brain is still buzzing from that WW2 Bulletstorm Defense game. Remember when you sent me that description? "Idle war strategy game," "command machine gunners," "endless enemy waves." Like, yeah, technically true, but it's like describing pizza as "bread with toppings." You know? It totally misses the point!

Honestly, when I first started playing, I thought it was gonna be boring. Just another clicker game. But then I got to wave 15 and those little fast guys, the "runners" I call them, started showing up, and I was like, "OH CRAP." My machine gun was just barely keeping up. I had to quick-upgrade the damage and speed, and then I popped my first artillery strike and the screen just *exploded* in this super satisfying way. That's when I realized, this isn't idle at all. It's like, a super intense, high-speed, strategic whack-a-mole but with bullets and explosions.

I don't usually like these kind of games, but this one is different. It’s the *feeling* you get. Like you're really holding the line, your finger is practically glued to the upgrade button. I figured out if you save your big "boom" power-up for when those armored tanks show up, it clears like three waves at once, and it’s so good. The sound of the machine gun, that *thump-thump-thump*, it just gets into your head. I looked at the clock and it was 1 AM, swear I only started an hour ago.
