OMG dude I literally just finished playing Sahur Frenzy IO and I can't sleep. It's almost 11 PM but my brain is still buzzing. Remember that description someone gave us? Like, 'infection game, school kids, memes'? Yeah, that's like saying pizza is just bread with stuff on it. Technically true but totally misses the point.
Seriously, the first round I was so lost. I was just this little kid, running around the school trying to find 'sahur snacks' before the clock ran out. I remember thinking, 'What am I even doing?' Then I saw someone turn into a giant, wobbly Bombardino Crocodilo and start chasing people. I swear I screamed out loud. The sound it makes, that 'tung tung tung' is so goofy but also kinda terrifying when it's coming for your character. I spent like 15 minutes just trying to hide under a desk, heart pounding. I even managed to juke one by pretending to go right then doubling back through a classroom door. Felt like a genius, lol.
But then I got infected, right? And suddenly I was one of them, a crazy giant waffle with googly eyes, trying to catch the other kids. And that's where it gets GOOD. Because you have to be sneaky, you gotta cut them off, and it's not just mindless running. I cornered this one kid in the cafeteria, and they tried to jump over a table, but I got 'em! So satisfying. It's like, a really clever twist on tag, but with all these ridiculous meme characters and this constant pressure. I didn't even realize I played for like two hours straight. I usually don't even like these kinds of games, but this one, it just clicked. It's so chaotic but in a fun way. You're gonna love it. I already told Sarah she needs to download it too. Honestly, you gotta play it with me tomorrow. It's so much more than just memes, it's actually really, really fun. I keep thinking about that giant croissant I almost caught. Man.
